What counts as a credit?A credit is worth one cent, the same rate a conversation turn is billed at. A monthly plan's allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle rather than rolling over.
Do I pay for model usage on top?On Growth and Scale you can connect your own provider keys, so that provider bills you directly instead of spending credits. Starter uses the default providers and spends credits for every turn.
Can I bring my own avatar model?Yes, on every paid plan. Import a VRM or GLB rig, and KiKaSuite maps your blend shapes to its viseme set. Preset avatars are available everywhere.
What happens if I run out of credits?You can buy a one-time top-up at any point, or wait for the next monthly reset. A plan never charges you automatically for going over.
