Using The Service
You are responsible for the content your avatar produces and for the credentials you connect to it. A provider key you supply is used only to fulfil requests from your own organization.You may not use {product} to impersonate a real person without their consent, or to represent an avatar as a human being to someone who has not been told otherwise.Plans And Billing
A paid plan is billed monthly and includes a monthly credit allowance, with additional credits available as a one-time top-up. A monthly allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle rather than rolling over.A plan may be rate limited during a period of heavy load, and an organization is never charged automatically for going over its credit balance.Availability
We publish live status and incident history on the status page. An availability commitment applies to a paid plan and is described in your order.Termination
You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the billing period. We may suspend an account that is causing harm to the service or to other users, with notice where practical.
